Kelly, whose work has been published internationally, has 24+ years’ experience offering residential services ranging from project management and space planning to kitchen & bath design and remodeling of historic luxury homes. In addition, she has worked on such US commercial projects as offices, a million dollar plus residential development with Dielmann-Sotheby’s, showrooms, factory expansions and retail spaces, and at one point designed and produced the dressing rooms and backstage facilities for rock band U2 when they visited St. Louis. She worked with her client to create a one of a kind Lamborghini Huracan Performante, which was featured on the DuPont Registry, and the reveal party was attended by the famed lambo driver, Balboni who flew from Italy to attend. She is currently working on specs for a second one.

She is the Founding Partner and Creative Director of Ethos Design Collective, and Creative Director of Ethos YOU 2.0 Summit for luxury interior designers (Brand Your Luxury Interior Design Business for National Influencer Marketing Opportunities). She brought together 3 international sponsors at the outset of Ethos development, one of them (ProSource) with over 2 million visitors to their site annually, which is back linked to the Ethos Directory. For YOU 2.0, she brought together 14+ experts and took a Beta team of designers, fashion stylists, makeup/hair artists, photographer and videographer to 2 exclusive properties in St. Louis to be photographed, securing several event sponsors for the Summit. She has personally invested her own time and collaborated on the install of all of the software during the build out of the membership site and event site, to be thoroughly informed of the systems, to the members’ benefit.

She is the founder/owner of Ceanii Artful Interiors (interior design and remodeling) and founder/owner of bespoken for by Ceanii, a to-the-trade, private-label, luxury leather cabinetry line developed in concert with two prominent national manufacturers. 

Her Ceanii design/renovation project of Govero Salon and Spa in Clayton, MO has garnered national attention and is partially sponsored by GOLDWELL US out of New York City and Kaemark Salon Furnishings Company out of Texas. A second Govero location color bar was sponsored by Keune.

She’s a past president of the Missouri East Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers, the nation’s largest and longest-established organization of design professionals. During her term, she helped produce the first-ever Sustainable/Green show house in St. Louis, while also lobbying against the title act alongside the Missouri Coalition for Interior Design with other ASID Mo East Past Presidents and top area collegiate interior design department heads.

Her interest and support in sustainability led her to put on the first St. Louis REGREEN event, as well as being chosen as a focus group member to outline and shape future sustainable architecture and interior design courses at the St. Louis Community Colleges. She has a degree in Interior Design, with a minor in Sustainable Architecture.

Schellert was an exclusive member of Designing Profits, BPN for 6 years, limited to 100 design firm principals across the United States, a best practices network focused on restructuring luxury design firms from all areas within. (A niche now filled by Julia Molloy and her BOLD Summit). Kelly is also a 4 year entrepreneurial business mastermind veteran in leagues with internationally known agents, branding experts, former Olympians, creatives, authors and artists, learning the craft of incubating, branding, building and launching a 6-figure business, plus membership site development.

During her ASID term, she was highly active in supporting emerging designers and touring college interior design programs to talk about her own experiences as an entrepreneur and the importance of diversification in building a design business. Her own company umbrella encompasses residential/commercial design build and renovations, along with private label product line and as a manufacturer’s representative to a highly respected company in the industry, now adding visionary, founder and owner of Ethos Design Collective, plus contributor to a bi-monthly industry trade publication for interior designers, BOLD Magazine, with a potential reach of over 100K per issue.

As both a performing/creative artist and musician growing up (from a long line of performing artists), Kelly has channeled her artistry into philanthropic endeavors, donating time as a patient care volunteer at St. Louis Children’s Hospital (NICU, General surgery and Isolation patients), as well as her artworks to Special Olympics of Iowa and Biliary Atresia (baaware.org), winning awards for her art and volunteer work. During her first year in business, she designed and renovated the Master Bath and closet (HERS) in former home of national artist and St. Louis native, Mary Engelbreit, which raised funds for Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.

She resides in St. Louis, Missouri enjoying life with husband and young daughter where she lends her voice to the Angel Band Choir, (an organization who raises awareness and advocates for victim’s rights), as well as practicing Xtreme Krav Maga (an Israeli form of self-defense) .
